Spanish "saraos" - Supper Club

A series of curated supper clubs that bring the soul of Spanish gastronomy to Zurich — region by region. Through food, storytelling, and design, each Sarao is an immersive journey into a specific corner of Spain, offering guests a taste of its flavors, culture, and way of life.


From the rugged coast of Cantabria to the green, Atlantic vibe of Galicia, each edition is carefully crafted: the menu, the ingredients, the music, the setting, even the tableware — all selected to reflect the essence of that place. Hand-drawn posters, regional products, and visual storytelling turn each dinner into a kind of edible lesson in Spanish geography.


We also celebrate Spanish rituals, like in “El Gran Aperitivo Español”, a standing event hosted in collaboration with Ultramarinos, filled with vermouths, conservas, and music — a golden-hour ode to the art of the aperitivo, reimagined for Zurich.


These gatherings are more than just meals — they’re cultural snapshots, shared with love and a deep sense of place.
